Fully air conditioned/central heated 2nd floor beautifully furnished two bedroom apartment with superb sea views and private access to beach and coastal 2 bedroom apartment will comfortably accomodate four people, with built-in wardrobes in both main bathroom, off the master bedroom, comprises a bath, shower, toilet and bidet. There is a second bathroom with shower and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, oven and lounge/dining room is furnished to a high standard with sofa/ lounge chairs, satellite TV, DVD, radio/CD player and dining table.
The West facing terrace, with 180 degree sea views, table and chairs, is accessible from the lounge and both bedrooms. It is refreshingly cool in the morning and superb for late evening entertainment as the Mediterranean sun goes down in a blaze of glory.
Private carparking [with lift access] is available to all patrons. Within this medium sized complex of approx 50 apartments there are three private pools with one shallow pool suitable for small children and guaranteed security with fencing and glazed screens along the waters edge.
Overall a superb property in a secure complex in close proximity to all amenities.

Lidl,Supersol [plus other supermarkets], banks, internet cafe, restaurants, newsagent etc. are located a short walk away.
The vibrant towns of Marbella and Puerta Banus are just 20 km away, facilitated by a superb bus service on the N340. Located on the Costa del Sol [Golf], this facility will appeal to those who wish to take advantage of the multitude of top class golf courses nearby. Waterparks, water sports and other activities are all available within a short distance of the site.
Close at hand is the lively port of Cabopino [a leisurely fifteen minute walk along the beach or the road] with its collection of spectacular boats, sheltered beaches and superb restaurants.

Quiet and peace holiday

The apartment is very comfortable, very peace and quiet. But all the bars and shops on the other side of the track.
