This beatiful penthouse has everything essential for an enjoyable stay. It has a large terrace leading from both the lounge and the 2 main / master bedrooms. It has fantastic unbroken sea views. It is a bright, spacious and airy penthouse with a fully equiped kitchen, a modern lounge and dining area.
Since Residencial La Joya is situated between Fuengirola and La Cala a rental car is necessary. It is a 2 minute walk from the beach, a seperate pedestrian tunnel to reach. You can also take a dive in one of the 2 communal pools within their premises. Or just sunbathe in the sun garden. For the younger children there is a paddling pool.

Excellent Luxury Apartment

Large balcony with fantastic sea views. Excellent for socialising and enjoying the sun. Large open plan lounge / dining room with ample seating for large families. Excellent sized rooms and all the facilities were great making it an excellent choice for those who wish to utilise the apartment during their stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would use again on furture stays. Cant wait to go back!
