Valencian holiday villa with large private pool!
Casa De Los Suenos “ House of Dreams” is a spacious and comfortable traditionally styled Valencian country residence in a pine grove setting on top of a hill with stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, valleys, olive groves, vineyards and orchards, yet even in this idyllic setting, still within a pleasant 5 or 6 minute drive of the nearest traditionally spanish village of macastre, with its supermarkets, bakers, butchers, bars, restaurants and even a disco! a little further on is Bunol-famous for the world famous Tomatina, tomato throwing contest (held on the last Wednesday of August)

Casa De Los Suenos is a haven of peace and tranquillity. Probably the only sounds you will hear are the birdsong, the tinkling of the bells as the local shepherd moves his flock, and the whispering of the breeze through the pine trees. You may also be lucky enough to spot the pair of Imperial Eagles in whose domain we are.
If you are into walking, mountain biking( British bikes and guide for rental locally) fishing or water sports (bring your own boat and tackle as there is a lovely lake 5 minutes away, and an even more beautiful one a short drive away) Horse riding (stables and arena local) Climbing and caving (local) scrambling ( bring your own Bike) or just plain ‘get-away-from-it-all-peace-and-quiet’ relaxing by the pool, then this is the place for you.
However should you wish to tear yourself away from the 25’ x 13’ pool, the vibrant and historical city of Valencia and its beautiful beaches is just a 60-minute drive away.Sagunto, Javea,Gandia,Cullera, Altea,and Benidorm, are also within easy reach.The Costa Blanca and Valencian beaches are said to be the finest in Spain, and most boast a Blue Flag. close-by are many interesting towns and villages. We are situated in an area designated"Rustica" and a stones throw from 2 Natural Parks, a 30 minute drive from the nearest Golf Course and 45 minutes from the Airport. Fiestas a plenty , motor racing circuit , and first class golfing facilites, plus horse riding, and beaches, a short drive away.For the children, we must not forget all the exciting theme parks, and attractions in the area. And you can enjoy a "Menu de Dia" (menu of the day) at any of the local restaurants for around 7euros, youll certaily come away well fed and ready for a siesta for the equivalent of about £4.50, hows that for value for money!!!
The House – Casa De Los Suenos comprises a spacious open plan living/dining area complete with log burning stove ,ceiling fan, tv dvd and video player. It has a well-equipped kitchen with full cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microvave. (dont worry about laundry during your stay, as the owner will do it for you.) The bathroom comprises of a full suite, with over bath shower. The three bedrooms comprise, 1 with twin beds, 2 with double beds,and there is also a single fold up bed should you require it, (all the bedrooms have fans) The house will therefore comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests.a cot also availiable. Outside there is a large veranda – great for al fresco dining away from the glare of the sun and a traditional Paellaero where you can barbecue to your hearts content. Last but possibly most important there is the 25’ x 13’ swimming pool.(during the summer months)
A car is absolutely essential here as we are out in the countryside, but the roads are excellent, the Autovia is very close and the road signing is good.
(for the security of young children the pool area is fenced off, and the gate leading to it has a lock)

MACASTRE- The nearest village to the villa, typically spanish and very pretty, plus the locals are wonderful. plenty of shops, cafes, and lots going on in local fiestas particulaly during the main fiestas in Fallas week(march) and August when the pueblo really kicks into the holiday season with lots of live music, fancy dress, paella cooking competitions, festivals de torros,visiting circus, and competitions and fun and games for the kids, fireworks and laughter.
BUNOL- TOMATINA-TOMATO THROWING FIESTA-last Wednesday in August. plus castle , supermarkets, bars etc

The prices per week are for the rental of the entire villa and pool, not per person.A 100euro security deposit is payable on arrival, refunded on departure after the villa has been checked for breakages or damage.The villa is cleaned thoroughly before your arrival but not during your stay,(unless requested. charge made) however linen and towels are changed for you if you are here for more than 1 weekin the summer.
