Villa Dela is a privately owned 3 bedroom house located in one of the Costa del Sol’s most exclusive areas. As you enter the villa you will take in the superb standard of this stunning private house. On this level is the large open-plan lounge with separate dining room and kitchen. The main bedroom is also at this level as is the shower room. On the upper level is a double bedroom, a twin room and a bathroom. Outside there is a shaded terrace, seprate barbecue area, established gardens with lawn and trees as well as extensive sun terrace area surrounding the swimming pool. The pool is cleaned weekly and the purification chemicals maintained to safe, correct levels. The pool has slip resistant borders and there is a large sun terrace area with pool shower. The bookings run from Thursday to Thursday and please note we would ask all guests be packed and ready to vacate Villa Dela by 10.00 am on the day of your departure. The maids will arrive at 10.00 am to clean rooms, change beds etc., ready for the next guests' arrival. Should you have a late afternoon or evening departure flight, we are happy to take care of your cases and take you to the beach or for a coffee whilst you are waiting to depart.
The villa is located in the exclusive area of La Capellania just five minutes drive from the old village of Benalmádena Pueblo with its cobbled streets, white painted houses, bars, restaurants, and places of interest. The nearest beach is only a few minutes drive and has two beach bars. Mijas village is about 20 minutes drive and is world famous as the traditional white Andalusian village. The town of Fuengirola is only a few minutes drive as is Benalmádena Costa with its award-winning marina, with sea trips, live shows, and lots of shops and restaurants. The villa itself is only 20 minutes from Malaga airport.
La Capellania is a very private and sought-after location in the Costa del Sol. Villa Dela is a large, luxury villa in the traditional Spanish style and would suit families wishing to enjoy the highest of standards. The size and layout of the property ensures privacy but its closeness to local amenities allows you the freedom to enjoy your holiday exactly as you like to. The location of the villa ensures you are not overlooked.
There are good local taxi services and car hire can be arranged with the car(s) being delivered to your door so you don’t have to drive after your flight. In order to give you the best service we offer airport collection & return, welcome food packs and will accommodate special requests such as birthday cakes, restaurant reservations or champagne.
Sun-loungers are provided for your comfort and relaxation as well as a barbecue dining table & chairs. So, picture yourself on a warm summer's evening enjoying a glass of well chilled white Rioja while the food sizzles on the barbecue and the scent of cooking prepares everybody for an enjoyable family meal.

Review

The house and its' amenities were as good as said in the web pages. The house was clean and in perfect condition and everything worked well. If there is a chance for improvement, perhaps the cookware did not quite match the quality of the house. We bought a frying pan as the house's pans were a bit worn out. Classware was for five persons although the house was for six. Also in gas operating barbeque grill someone had used charcoals, thus leaving lots of ashes to block the burners. These however are minor remarks and we did have a great holiday in Spain.
