Calahonda is a seaside resort on the Costa del Sol in the Andalusian province of Malaga. Situated in between the two major resorts of Fuengirola and Marbella, Calahonda is well placed to explore the rest of the coast and province. The resort is a preferred destination and residence for British visitors and you will find many amenities, bars and restaurants especially catering for this market. There is a long stretch of golden sand and to the west lie the sand dunes of Cabopino.
