Its communal gardens will allow you to take a short walk around the complex and its private access to the beach will put you in just two minutes walk to the beach. Take note that this accommodation has a communal pool and children's pool. The location of the accommodation is very exclusive, having less than a kilometre away all the necessary services for your day to day, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and all kinds of business will have them at your fingertips. Within the urbanisation there is direct access to the beach via a path or tunnel that avoids having to go out onto the adjoining road and as we say is exclusive to this abanación. Just taken on for Summer 2023 we are pleased to be able to offer this 2nd floor Seaview apartment in Colinas Del Faro. The property consists of lounge/dining area which leads to a balcony with seaview. There is a double bedroom, bathroom with bath/shower and fully equipped kitchen including washing machine. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate up to 4 people. Free wifi and television is available. Opposite the apartment is a large communal swimming pool with lots of grass area to enjoy. The pool is open in the summer months from June until September. The restaurant Colinas De Faro is a short walk away and there is also a short cut walk to the beach at the end of the road.
