In the centre of the garden is the 8x4m swimming pool with roman steps, a maximum depth of 2m and a minimum of 1.20m, outside shower, barbecue and a terrace. The lower floor of the house is for rent, which is accessed through the door in front of the pool. The upper part of the house will remain closed as well as the garage. The house is distributed in the following way: from the entrance we arrive to a spacious living-dining room, which is the distributor of the house (it has TV-SAT.) On entering the main floor we find the living-dining room with TV/TDT, free Wifi connection, fireplace, air conditioning and an exit to the terrace, which is furnished and overlooks the swimming pool. The kitchen with breakfast bar is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge with freezer. On this floor there are two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom has a double bed (with ceiling fan) and next to it (in the corridor) is the other bathroom on the floor.
