With a build size of approx. 140m2, the villa is set in the middle of a flat fenced plot of approx. 1,000m2, with plenty of parking space and very private. Through the front door is the lounge leading to a large dining room with an arch on the left which leads through to a kitchen with granite worktops, gas hob, electric oven, ceiling fan and access into the garage. The garage is approx. 40m2. From the dining room an arch leads through to a large light and airy living room with feature fireplace housing an open fire, air conditioning and patio doors leading out to a covered porch overlooking the mountain views. There are three bedrooms, one of them with en-suite shower room, and a separate guest bathroom. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.
