The beautiful and well-kept exteriors of the property are truly an oasis of peace designed to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. There you will find a chlorine 12x5m swimming pool with a constant depth of 1m where you will be able to cool off, next to which you can relax while sunbathing on the sun loungers. There is also a large garden with a vegetable garden, a basketball area, a barbecue, and a porch with a shaded table where you can enjoy unforgettable meals with your companions. The property is fenced and the privacy is total. Interior The interior of the two-storey house offers spacious rooms where you can relax and unwind. On the ground floor, there is a living room with AC and Smart TV which is open to the dining room, which has beautiful views of the sea and the garden. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with everything you need so you can cook independently. There is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board in the house. It is a great escape for a summer break and the villa has been recently renovated, it has three bedrooms and three en-suite bath/shower rooms. It is fully equipped for a relaxing break and there is international TV in the lounge area with Sky channels plus films and series for free.
