This is a quiet and bright duplex apartment, located right in the heart of Seville, in a well-maintained 18th-century palace house. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully renovated, with a lot of charm, and all the amenities, to spend some quiet days, just like home! In our comfortable and quiet house, it is possible to accommodate up to 8 people, as the living room has a sofa bed. This is why prices vary depending on the number of people, ranging from €62 to €150! I will not be present during your stay, but I will be available at all times via mobile phone to resolve any issues, questions, or unforeseen circumstances that may arise. It is in a VERY central area, just a 5-minute walk from the Alfalfa and El Salvador areas, as well as the Cathedral. However, despite this, the street is VERY quiet, and the house is SILENT and cozy. There is a wide variety of bars and restaurants very close by, as well as pharmacies, supermarkets, and shopping areas! "Plaza Nueva", where you can catch the tram and many buses (to the airport/train station), is just a 5-minute walk away.
