Welcome to our charming house in the exclusive urbanization Pinos de Alhaurín, in Alhaurín de la Torre. Situated just 15 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Torremolinos and Málaga city, our house is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday on the Costa del Sol. The property is set on a large plot and has a main house on two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals, and a toilet. On the upper floor, we have four bedrooms: three with comfortable double beds and one with two single beds. Casa mimbrales is located in the town of Alhaurin de la Torre, a large village less than 30 minutes from Malaga and 20 minutes from Malaga airport. As you can see in the photos it is a spacious house with a beautiful exterior with a large swimming pool that is maintained all year round. The house is on the first floor, on entering we discover on one side a large living room with a flat screen TV and the latest generation. On the other side, the kitchen with lots of natural light and a large central table to enjoy all together. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. The house has 4 large bedrooms, two of them with single beds and the other two with double or twin beds. There are two bathrooms upstairs, one of them in the master bedroom. On the ground floor we have another kitchen, something that allows us to be enjoying the summer days in the swimming pool without having to go upstairs and of course a bathroom with shower near the swimming pool. We have a porch area with all its outdoor furniture and a beautiful space for the barbecue, a must both in summer and in a getaway with friends in winter.
