The beautifully maintained property benefits from 3 large terraces providing sun and shade at all times of the day and is just across the road from the mile-long Playazo beach with its selection of bars and seafood restaurants. Set between the magnificent backdrop of the Almijara mountains and the Mediterranean coastline, this delightful house is only two minutes stroll from the attractive swimming pool and restaurant complex which is only for the private use of Tropicana residents and their guests. Parking is no problem with easy access directly outside. Taxi into Nerja is only 6 euros which only takes 5 minutes. We finally managed to lower the price a bit and it worked out... Location and exteriors And our customers love the house! If your vacation is short, then think about the valuable time you can save without having to drive to the beach, restaurants, or supermarket... From this house, restaurants are just a few steps away on foot and the beach is only 200 meters away. Still, if you want to bring your own car, there's no problem, as you have private outdoor parking! Traffic noise? No, there isn't, because Calle Carabeo is a pedestrian street and only allows cars for those who have parking on it. Let me tell you a little more about this charming villa. On the ground floor, there are large windows opening onto a splendid terrace with a private 4m x 6m pool and fantastic views. Villa Los Girasoles is a lovely, country style three-bedroom villa situated in an elevated position above the Punta Lara area of Nerja approached by a good concrete road to within 50 metres of the house when the road becomes a track. There are stunning, panoramic views of the sea, Nerja coastline and mountains. It is approx 1 km to the nearest beach and 2 km to Nerja town centre. In the grounds of the villa there is a private swimming pool with gardens, trees and a covered shady terrace where you can relax and enjoy the uninterrupted views. Inside this comfortably furnished property there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twin rooms that share a bathroom and a large Kingsize double with en-suite facilities. The spacious open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area has access to the garden and pool area from via patio doors. Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels (limited), air-conditioning in the living room and master bedroom.
