Well water not chlorinated and slightly sulphurous due to the minerals in the area. There is no air conditioning, but you don't really need it because of the coolness, not humidity, that it has in summer. It is a semi-basement. In winter there is heating by plates. Satellite TV, there are no Spanish channels, only international. We have chrome cash and you can stream YouTube videos or Netflix movies to the TV by connecting to the property's WiFi.
