All the rooms are on the ground floor: There is a large living-dining room (with air conditioning), fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning). Guest Access: Somebody will meet the guest. The Neighborhood: The house is in a rural residential area. It is the last house at the end of the village. Getting Around: The house is located in a nice edge of the village of Alfaz del Pi. The sandy beach is about 3 km, restaurants about 500 m and supermarket about 2 km. Other Things to Note: Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).
