Only 3 minutes walk to the sea and the promenade of San Pedro and only 10 minutes to Marbella and Puerto Banus by car. The complex has two large seasonal communal outdoor swimming pools, one of them close to the property. The flat has air conditioning, international TV and Wi-fi, marble flooring, fireplace and is one of the few south facing ground floor flats. On entering the property we find a very spacious living/dining room that leads out onto the beautiful terrace furnished with comfortable garden furniture surrounded by well kept gardens where you can enjoy dinner and a few drinks on warm evenings. The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite marble bathroom and the second bedroom has two single beds, both with large fitted wardrobes. It also has another full bathroom.
