It is a residential area very quiet, not very busy, and there is not much traffic. The house has a cool area inside the house where you can entertain, draw, make a puzzle, as well as a private garden and a play area at the entrance of the house where the owners installed a basketball basket to enjoy even more the summer evenings. The house is very comfortable, as it is distributed over two floors and on the upper floor we only find bedrooms.
