Sleeps 4 adults + 1 child + baby cot, direct access to beach and pool, parking lots for 2 cars Located in a small coast town of Sant Vicenc de Montalt, 35 km North of Barcelona. Easily accessible by train from Barcelona and Gerona airports and train stations. Check-in and check-out times are flexible, depending on guests schedules. Cleaning fees will depend on the number of guests and the length of their stay and will range between 65-75 euros. Guests are also offered the option to clean the appartment by themselves. It is my holiday appartment. I do not live in Spain during the year and am not around to welcome the guests in person on their arrival. Here you will find peace, nature, views of the Mediterranean Sea and in the distance from the terrace even the skyline of Barcelona. The surroundings Our property is located next to the vast Montnegre y el Corredor natural park. This natural park is known as a paradise for mountain bikers (nowadays mainly e-bikes because of the large height differences). Villa Blanca is a property of more than 50 000 m2. The house has about 900 m2, with three floors, built in 1909. Restored several times, the last was held in 2015. It was built by the broker, Marcelino Coll, then sold to John Pich i Pon, mayor of Barcelona and president of the Generalitat de Catalunya. Pich i Pon landscaped the property with Nicolas Forestier and his disciple Rubio i Tudurí. In 1940 the grandfather of the present owners purchased the property from the widow of Pich i Pon. In addition to the above grounds, there is tennis court, frontón court (jai alai), basketball hoop, swimming pool 17 x 7 meters, parking area for 15 cars.
