Villa Feliz is the perfect 6-bed family villa for those that appreciate luxury, rest and the serene beauty of Spain’s Andalucia region. The villa has been refurbished and decorated to a very high standard, with modern and trendy artwork and fittings, and many featured extras. It is bright, spacious, and equipped with all the mod cons you may seek on your family holiday. Situated on the Paraíso Hill overlooking the golf course, 15 minutes from Marbella and 10 from Puerto Banús, Villa Feliz enjoys views phenomenal sea, golf, and mountain views. From the entrance hallway (with guest toilet), you find the Living Room with a dining table, large sofa, Fireplace, TV, and access out to the large main terrace as well as a second terrace that has a small table and chairs. All the terraces have amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea to Gibraltar and Africa! The open-plan kitchen has a breakfast bar and is elegantly fully fitted in black. There is access to the main terrace which features an outdoor dining table, a BBQ, and a lounge corner that overlooks the pool.
