Casa LILiANNE is a 3 bedroom 2 bath detached villa with good size private pool. Lots of outdoors space with various seating areas. Situated in a position where all amenities are within walking distance. Ten minute drive to beautiful beaches in guardamar. Very comfortable and bright villa. Five minute walk to Benijófar and rojales. Formentera is a 10 minute walk . There is a large ravine very nearby with a lake park and wild life. We have put non slip treads on the stairs to villa and from the garden to the pool area as it was pointed out in previous review they could be dangerous . This villa is accessed by 10 stairs. The accommodation. Is then all on one level PROPERTY LICENSE VT481195-A. We now have french/German and Scandinavian television as well as English television. There is aircon units in all bedrooms....
