The vacation home Casa Milagrito Betancuria is a historic building located in Betancuria, one of the most beautiful towns in Spain. The 140 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The two bedrooms are connected by a door (a traditional structure of the area's houses), so the accommodation is especially ideal for families. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a smart TV with many channels and streaming services (including Netflix). A baby cot is also available upon request. Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue. The area is excellent for sport lovers who wish to go cycling or hiking. Since the property is situated in a very calm area, the property is good for teleworking as well. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. The property has step-free access and the doors are wide and easy to access. Youth groups, pets and parties are not allowed. For stays longer than 1 week there is the possibility to request an additional cleaning service for a fee (please contact the homeowner). Fuerteventura is associated to long sand beaches but on the west coast of Fuerteventura, 300 mts from the sea and a nearby beach in the middle of a protected natural park, lies the apartment complex of Aguas Verdes. Far away from touristic areas but with spectacular views, it's the ideal place to take a break. Suitable for couples or families seeking a quiet and beautiful place. Guests have the 2 room apartment with well equipped living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony all to themselves with shared surrounding gardens, 2 swimming pools and tennis courts. Please note that there is no public transport in the area so a car is a must since grosseries, stores and restaurants are 8 to 12 km away in the nearby village Llanos de La Concepción or in Antigua. The apartment is 60 m2, has 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, shower room, fully equipped kitchen, living room with satellite TV. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The apartment is located in a spacious garden, there are 2 swimming pools, 1 children's pool, 2 tennis courts, 2 squash halls. Since the area is without cell phone reception, you can switch off from everyday work particularly well. If you have any further questions, please contact me at 06258/972418. Price per night: Euro 30.00 1 person, 2 people Euro 40.00, 3 people 50.00, 4 people 60.00 Final cleaning once Euro 50.00 occupancy up to a maximum of 4 people possible. The bathroom was completely renewed in early 2018 and a washing machine was added in 2019. In February 2019, the window front of the living room was completely renewed. In 2018, the kitchen was supplemented with an oven, a microwave, a fridge with freezer and another kitchen cupboard. Furthermore, the previous television was replaced by a flat screen television. The hob of the gas cooker was also replaced....
