The flat is located on the second floor and is accessible via an external staircase. The front door leads directly into the large open-plan living/dining area. Adjacent to this is the approx. 25 m² sun terrace, equipped with two sun loungers, a dining table and a large parasol. From here you have a fantastic view of the bay in front and the harbour over the roofs of the houses below.
