This is a large recently refurbished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom family apartment spread over 3 floors which overlooks the stunningly beautiful Villamartín Plaza! Everything you need is within touching distance, with entertainment for all. Quite simply you could not get a better location to view the Plaza from your own private balcony! The apartment is decorated to an extremely high standard for total comfort to enjoy your holiday in Spain. The living room and kitchen area: Starting on the first floor there is a large living room area which is fully air conditioned and complete with two additional ceiling fans. From the living room you step out through either of the two sets of bi-fold doors complete with outside privacy shutters onto the large balcony which is great for relaxing, sunbathing or dining either for breakfast or your evening meal.
