Welcome to a great 3 bed 1 bath apartment on the world famous Villamartin Plaza. The property is in a great location as just off of the central plaza. There is a lift as well giving you easy access. The apartment has all featured you can imagine for your holiday in Spain. There is a spacious living room with seating for six around the flat screen TV with all nationality channels and FREE wifi and has air conditioning. The dining area easily seats six people as well. There is a balcony to sit and enjoy the day either with a coffee to start with or dinner and a glass of vino in the evening. The apartment has a large fully fitted kitchen with all mod con't required to cater for your holiday. The master bedroom has a double bed as well aircon. The second bedroom has two single beds and aircon also. Bedroom three has two single beds and is located off the balcony and enjoys aircon also. There is a full family bathroom for the apartment. The community has a very large communal pool to enjoy on days when not at the beach.
