The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a further shower room/WC in the pool area. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen with a large L shaped living area. An archway leads to the separate dining room with spectacular views of the valley with the Sierra Nevada in the distance. Air conditioning is available in the living room and in the main en-suite bedroom. All rooms have separate ceiling fans. This charming property is quite unique, a single storey, low build villa nestled along a hilltop plateau. Villa accommodates 8 adults with a guest bed on request for an extra child, baby cot is also available. .Its prestigious position is in a residential area known as La Parata. It has outstanding sea and mountain views. As one of the original villas, it has been constructed with larger than average rooms each with double aspect windows allowing directional breezes to flow throughout the property. The four bedrooms are situated on the northern side of the villa surrounded by an established garden helping keep the property cool in the hot summer months. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are also in situ. There are two undercover outside terraces, one looking towards the sea and across to the swimming pool terrace - this has been set up as a dining area with a table that accommodates 8 people. During the day the terrace enjoys complete shade.
