At 50 metres from the house we find the Torre de's Serral dels Falcons, one of the best preserved watchtowers in the east of the island dating back to the year 1577. The famous Drach caves are 500 metres from the house, do not hesitate to visit them. The beach of Portocristo is less than 1 kilometre away and the marina is 500 metres away. In the marina area you will find a wide variety of bars and restaurants. The beaches of Cala Varques, Cala Mandia, Cala Morlanda, Cala Petita or Cala Magrana are 5 minutes away from the house. Other recommended visits in the area are the town of Manacor, with its centre full of shops for shopping, or Portocolom, one of the most beautiful ports of the island ideal for dining in one of its many restaurants. This fine and top-modern luxury finca leaves hardly anything to be desired, as do the gardens with top-maintained lawns, lush green and lined with palm trees. The house was completed in March 2015 for vacation guests, who will certainly not be long in coming. The finca is very quietly located on the outskirts of Porto Cristo with its idyllic fishing port, which, like the sandy beach, is just under 1 km away and can be reached on foot or by bike. Porto Cristo is a very attractive town with many stores and restaurants where especially fresh fish is recommended. On 140 sqm living space and 2 floors you will find on the ground floor a large living / dining room with fine leather furniture and large satellite TV. Next to it is the high quality kitchen with everything that makes a perfect vacation. Both rooms have direct access to the outdoor terrace. At the other end of the ground floor is the largest of the three bedrooms with a noble bathroom with corner washbasin, shower, toilet and bidet. On the upper floor there are 2 more spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms and 2 sun terraces as a retreat. Porto Cristo, situated only 5 kilometres from the house, is a charming harbour that invites you to stroll in the evening where you can choose from various restaurants serving typical Mallorcan and international cuisine. Portocolom is about 12 kilometres from the house and is an ideal place to practice nautical sports, go for a meal or stroll around the old town. Modern, recently built country house close to Porto Cristo with private pool. Finca Capricho is in walking distance to the village centre of Porto Cristo and the beach. The house is fitted in a modern, comfortable style and enjoys a lot of natural light. It offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On two floors finca Capricho offers a lot of space and a friendly, sunlit ambiance. The ground floor layout includes a large living and dining area with french doors opening towards the terrace, a fully fitted kitchen with access to the terrace and one bedroom with adjoining bathroom with shower. On the first floor are two more bedrooms both with bathrooms en-suite. One of the bedroom has a built in closet, both have private terraces. One bedroom has a double bed, one with twin beds. The bathrooms are modern and large. (Furnishing was not yet completed when we visited the house, it will be very similar to Finca Luca, f463, which is next door and has the same owners.) Finca Capricho offers a large pool, lawns to play on and has a semi-covered terrace. Sun beds and shades are provided. There is a mobile wood fired BBQ.
