This is a chlorine pool sizing 3x3 metres and with a depth between 1.4 and 1.5 metres which is placed on the ground floor terrace of the house. It also offers an exterior shower to wash off the sand and the salt after a long day at the beach. This accommodation is a village house with attached and nearby neighbours. The holiday house has a light-flooded living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, cable TV, a baby bed and a high chair. The highlight of the accommodation is the pool, which can be reached via a partly covered, furnished terrace and a staircase. A large number of seating areas as well as the palm trees and the green surroundings create the ideal holiday atmosphere. From the balcony on the 1st floor you can also enjoy the beautiful mountain panorama and a breathtaking sea view. A supermarket is 600 m from the villa and a small selection of restaurants is 400 m away. The sandy beach Platja de sa Coma, with its clear turquoise water, can be reached in 1.4 km or after an 18-minute walk. Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed if requested In advance.
