Casa Rosita is a comfortable villa, located in a quiet area, with easy access, built on a fully fenced 8000 square meter plot, surrounded by gardens and fruit trees. It is located only 75 meters from the beach and 2.5 kilometers from the center of the magnificent town of Santa Eulalia del Rio. The house is distributed in two floors. On the ground floor we find a cozy living room with fireplace, dining room, a single room, a double room with television and air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, bathroom and a storage area and laundry. The upper floor, consists of two bathrooms, a double room and two double rooms, one of them with television. The house has large terraces and porches. It has a nice pool of 70 square meters, with small beach to enjoy the little ones surrounded by a lawn where you can sunbathe. It has a practical barbecue. For winter, the house has a fireplace and central heating system.
