This holiday home with private pool and garden is located within walking distance (1 km) of Port Adriano and the beach of El Toro. It features an open-concept lounge with full equiped kitchen and pool view. The inside has been fully renovated in June 2017. It has four double bedrooms with air conditioning and four bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathroom and the other one has its own bathroom next door across the corridor. One of the bathrooms has a bathtube and the others are equiped with rainfall showers. The house is 150 sqm large in a 500 sqm plot located in a residential quiet area. Pool is 30 sqm large. Quietness of the environment needs to be preserved. Water, power, internet connection, bath towels, pool towels, bedsheets and tourist tax are included in the price. Check-out time is until 11:00 AM and check-in after 15:00 PM anytime. Registered with regional tourism authorities: ETV / 8940. The main street from the villa to the beach of El Toro and the marina of Port Adriano has a variety of restaurants for all tastes and budgets. From inexpensive Spanish restaurants with Mediterranean specialties to a chef signature foody-style menu at a 5-star hotel terrace. There is also a superb bistrot, a lively British pub and an authentic Thai. Groceries can be bought at one of the two supermarkets and at the local bakery....

Step into paradise flowers. Our house and grounds are so popular that a wedding was celebrated. Some images are from this wedding. The house has central heating, hot / cold - air conditioning, satellite TV with international channels, telephone and wireless connection. Not only the summer is charming in Mallorca, playing golf in winter, shopping in the brightly lit Christmas Palma is just as nice. The house is situated in a quiet area, but just minutes away from the shops. A fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Hiking in winter is just as possible as lounging and beach holiday in the summer. Experience or Christmas Eve visit the Cathedral of Palma Silvester in Palma. A holiday in this house is beautiful in every season. Washing machine, such as dryers, towels as bed linen are naturally present. Once vacation, always holiday in Bloom paradise.
