This beautifully restored fisherman's house has 2 double bedrooms and a maximum capacity of 4 people. Thanks to its privileged location on the seafront it offers a unique view of the bay of Portocolom. The house has air conditioning, wood stove and wifi connection. The rooms of the house are distributed on two floors. On the upper floor is the large living room with spectacular views of the sea and the entire bay of Portocolom. In the living room there is a dining table for 4 people, a large sofa in front of the TV and large windows, as well as the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and all the crockery. Next to the living area there is a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. The ground floor is located below the main street and has direct access to a small pier right in front of the sea, one of the most photographed and emblematic places of this part of the island. On this floor you will find a double bedroom with incredible sea views, a complete bathroom with bathtub and the laundry room. From the living-dining room we access the roof terrace, equipped with a table and 4 comfortable sun loungers. This terrace has one of the best views of Portocolom and is to enjoy the tranquillity of the area and the spectacular views at sunset. Ideal for those who want to enjoy a house by the sea....
