The detached holiday home is only 300 m from the wide sandy beach and is located in a quiet, residential area of Cambrils, in a dead end street with little traffic. The centre of Cambrils can be reached in approx. 25 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bike along the beautiful palm-lined beach promenade. The house was completely modernised at the beginning of 2020 and newly furnished with great attention to detail. The holiday home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower (with underfloor heating), 1 large living room with fireplace and 1 large eat-in kitchen, spread over one floor. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with state-of-the-art air conditioning units, which ensure pleasant temperatures and a good night's sleep even when the outside temperature is high in summer. At the centre of the house is the spacious, light-flooded living area with an open fireplace and access to the covered outdoor terrace. The new kitchen and the modern dining area are also located on this level. The new kitchen has the highest level of comfort, a comprehensive range of electrical appliances and practical kitchen utensils.
