In Villa Sonia you will enjoy a magnificent holiday, with the convenience of being able to walk to the beach and the port of Cambrils, where you will find a wide range of quality restaurants and shopping area. It is a very nice house, with a lot of comfort, with air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, free WiFi internet access throughout the house and outdoor parking. The house is very spacious, ground floor and consists of large living room with air conditioning and satellite TV, very well equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, vitro, microwave and dishwasher, two large bedrooms and bathroom with bathtub, terrace with porch and is surrounded by a large garden with barbecue. The detached holiday home is only 300 m from the wide sandy beach and is located in a quiet, residential area of Cambrils, in a dead end street with little traffic. The centre of Cambrils can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bike along the beautiful palm-lined beach promenade. The house was completely modernised at the beginning of 2020 and refurnished with great attention to detail. The holiday home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower (with underfloor heating), 1 large living room with fireplace and 1 large kitchen-living room, spread over one floor. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with state-of-the-art air conditioning units, which create pleasant temperatures even at high outside temperatures in summer and enable a restful night's sleep. At the centre of the house is the spacious, light-flooded living area with an open fireplace and access to the covered outdoor terrace. The new kitchen and the modern dining area are also located on this level. The new kitchen offers the highest level of convenience, a comprehensive range of electrical appliances and practical kitchen utensils.
