Can Guidic is a house of traditional architecture, built in stone and wood, with an antiquity of more than 100 years, where you can enjoy a spacious rustic atmosphere, surrounded by the characteristic nature of the Valley of en Vas. It is located in the surroundings of San Esteve de Bas (Girona) and from its windows you can see the village, one of the jewels of the region together with the numerous volcanoes, the beech forest, etc. The accommodation features 9 bedrooms. Can Guidic has two floors and a basement, plus a large patio of about 200 m² where you can enjoy sitting on our garden furniture all the fresh air that our great location can give you. Mas Felér Vista is a house with the most beautiful view we have ever seen. At the end of the very big lawn, you have an incredible panoramic view over the valley with the lake of Sau in the bottom and to the right, the village on the top of the hill as the house. All this is surrounded by beautiful and colourful mountain formation, and if you are lucky, you can see soaring eagle. It is easy to imagine, how the father of the present owner, who was a famous Catalan author and philosopher got his inspiration. Inside the house, the careful restoration has preserved a touch of this, especially the cosy sitting room with beautiful chairs in the ground floor and the very large master bedroom on the first floor, where the desk with garden and valley view is still there. The house has been fully reformed and has now a layout, where you immediately feel comfortable and at home. From the ground floor, there is an exit to the pool area on one side of the house and the terrace with seating for outside dining and parasols in front of the lawn. Spacious detached villa built on the site of an historic mill in a tranquil location right by the river Tech yet close to the region's many attractions. With tiled floors, open beams and air-conditioning, the villa offers spacious, comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people. It has a private entrance and driveway. The housed gardens are well laid out and, as you open the gates the property you immediately feel like you are on holiday. There are 5 very spacious bedrooms, all designed to a very high specification. The en-suite shower rooms have large head power showers. The bath sheets are fluffy. The beds are extremely comfortable with lovely crisply ironed white linen. We provide plump feather pillows. Every effort has been made to make the rooms feel welcoming and relaxing. In this region a lot of life is lived outside. There is somewhere to sit all day long to make the most of the sun or to find shade. Breakfast can be taken on the large balcony overlooking the river. Spacious well equipped villa situated a10 minute walk away from the centre of Ceret, a lively and attractive medieval market town with restaurants , bars , patisseries and cafes in the shade of the tall plane trees that line its streets and squares. Ceret has a rich cultural history as many famous artists have lived and painted here including Picasso, Matisse and Braque. The long sandy beaches of Argeles and Canet are 30 minutes drive away, or you can reach the coves and beaches of the Spanish Costa Brava in less than an hour.
