The kitchen has a ceramic hob, everything you need for cooking and a practical table with chairs for a quick coffee or breakfast. The laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms with wardrobe and fan, two with two single beds, and the last one with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning. This is a chlorine pool that sizes 9 x 4.5 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1 to 2 metres. It is possible to set a children safety fence around it. There also is an exterior shower in case you want to cool down quickly before cooking a succulent barbecue that you can enjoy at the terrace. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around. Inside, the house is quite simple and comfy, highlighting the beautiful Mallorcan style that makes it really special. When you enter you will find a living dining - room -with TV Sat and air-conditioning- that leads to the kitchen.
