Reef Cottage recently refurbished sleeps 4 plus 1 cot, named after its location, built on an ancient fossil reef and surrounded by Almond and Olive trees, where in January and February the almond blossom is absolutely stunning! Reef Cottage is adjacent to Almond Reef farmhouse being the original 150+ year old building in the hamlet of Los Josefos and has been lovingly restored to a very high standard, retaining many of the original features. Reef Cottage Master Bedroom has en-suite shower room; the second bedroom has an adjacent wet room, comfortable lounge and archway to kitchen. Guests have the use of a purpose built barbecue with outside lighting ideal for those long warm evenings, large sun terrace, beautiful garden and NEW pool End of April, with great views of the surrounding mountains. After dark, stargazers will be delighted with the clarity of the night sky. At Reef Cottage, we can offer you all the facilities you require for a relaxing and sociable stay, in a lovely romantic location and a beautiful unspoiled area of rural Spain. Our delightful 4-bedroom mill house (new Heating AC - 2016) consists on the ground floor of a large living room with fireplace, farmhouse kitchen, dining room, bathroom. The first floor has 2 double bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other a king-size double, and stacks two twin beds in the third bedroom to accommodate 2 more people and bunk beds in the fourth bedroom. All rooms have original beams. There is both a covered terrace at the front overlooking the 10 x 5 new pool (March 2016) and ‘beach’ and the terrace at the back, with a gazebo, which runs the full length of the house and offers 360-degree panoramic views. The property sits on a large, fully fenced 5000 m² plot with olive, almond and citrus trees with a private double-gated entrance. Pets are welcome free of charge. Reversible air conditioning (2016).
