Recently renovated and in the typical style of an Andalusian estate, the home consists of a living/dining room with a rustic stone fireplace, a very well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each and one bedroom with 3 bunk beds) as well as 2 bathrooms (one of which is outside by the pool). The property can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in every single room), a washing machine, a television, a baby cot and a highchair. The outdoor area of the property is an absolute oasis of relaxation and entertainment. Whether you stretch out on the loungers beneath the straw-thatched parasols by the pool, play a round of basketball by the tall palms trees of the garden, or enjoy some mini golf (with 4 holes) in the company of your loved ones, everything you could wish for is available here for your private use. Beyond the pool, there’s plenty to enjoy: a four-hole minigolf green, basketball court, and ping-pong table—all within the property and exclusively for your use, with no schedules or sharing: during your stay, you’re the only guests with access to the house, garden, and pool. There are also sun loungers, shaded areas, a barbecue, and a covered pergola for outdoor dining. Two adult bikes are available on request. In the garden, orange and lemon trees—when in season, you can pick the fruit yourselves. Free parking is available on the property. The house accommodates up to 8 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults. Three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Two rooms have twin beds that can be joined to make a double; the third has a fixed double bed.
