This wonderful villa is situated on Urb. Don Pedro, one of the best Urbanisations in Estepona. It offers well maintained tranquil accommodation perfect for families with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 furnished with a Kingsize bed (150cm) and the 3rd with twin beds which may be zipped together to make a 180cm bed. Each room contains built in cupboards. There is also a fold-up bed that can be added to the twin room as well as a cot and high chair. There are 2 bathrooms, a lounge/dining area with quality furniture and 37 inch TV with Blu-ray player. A kitchen furnished with an American style fridge/freezer, double oven, 4-burner gas hob, washing machine and dishwasher. A tap also provides filtered drinking water. From the sink there are also panoramic views of the western Mediterranean, Gibraltar and the North African coast. With a terrace offering shade from the sun complete with 6 seater teak table, and a BBQ. The terrace also provides access down to the 8 metre x 4 metre swimming pool with steps providing easy access to the water.
