Location and Exterior This hacienda is a magnificent concept by a South African architect who fell in love with Andalusia and decided to develop the local architecture with all its finesse. Four of the villas are located within the old hacienda, surrounding a round pool in the courtyard. The fifth villa, with 1 bedroom, is slightly more secluded and situated on a lower level. The house has an area of 180 m2 on 3 floors, it can accommodate up to 9 people and offers parking possibilities nearby. The house is made up of: - On the ground floor: a large living room of 30m2 air conditioned, a large kitchen, a toilet, and a large terrace with dining table, chairs, sunbeds and parasol; - on the 1st floor: two twin bedrooms with sea view, a bathroom, an air-conditioned double bedroom with bathroom; - on the 2nd floor: a sea view master bedroom with bathroom and a solarium terrace All bathrooms are equipped with a sink, toilet and walk-in shower. Tierra Buena is massive villa furnished to the highest standard standing in 12 acres of lush lawns and gardens, it has to be seen to be fully appreciated & enjoys spectacular views from it’s massive lounge. Central log fire with fans can get to recirculate the heat, first 100 kg of firewood provide free on arrival, then can be brought at 15 euros per wheelbarrow load. Fully air-conditioned and heated. Fully fitted luxury kitchen with all amenities. Outside bar, heated swimming pool ,spa and now sauna. We also have slides and swings for the little kids, a ping pong and foosball for the medium kids and darts for the adults in the games room, and volleyball and badminton in the garden.
