Casa Juanne is a beautiful holiday villa (6 people) with guest accommodation (4 people) on the Costa Blanca 40 km from Alicante (airport). Villa and guesthouse are on a walled domain of 2000 m², of which 1000 m² are at your disposal. On the domain is a 3rd home that is permanently inhabited by an elderly lady with a small dog. The villa is suitable for 6 people with 2 bedrooms each with a 2-person bed and a large fitted wardrobe. The living room has a 2-person sofa bed, table and chairs for 6 people. The bathroom with multifunctional rain shower, sink, toilet and bidet is equipped with an electric heating device. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker and an additional tap for potable water. Each room has a separate air conditioning. The house is equipped with shutters and has a terrace with a beautiful view of the beautiful garden, with flowers and palms.
