At 40 meters we find the best sandy beach and most pristine crystalline waters of Mallorca since we can enjoy 3km of beach without buildings or hotels. The house has a capacity for 6 people plus a baby (cot and high chair available). In the house, we find a spacious living room with adjoining kitchen fully equipped and furnished. There are 2 fully furnished bathrooms with showers. It has 3 large rooms. One with a large bed and the other two with two beds each. Each room has a closet. The house has access through two streets. On the front, there is a terrace of 30 m2 where you can have breakfast with views of the sea and the mountains and on the back, we find a large terrace of 60m2 where there is an outdoor shower where you can remove the excess sand after a fun day at the beach, as well as enjoy a barbecue with the family or rest on the sun loungers.
