It is meticulously maintained and perfectly equipped. In the front garden with beautiful roses and bougainvillea, you will find the elevated terrace of the apartment. In the morning, the sun shines on this side of the house, accompanying you from the start of the day, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The living room is bright and has two double doors leading to the terrace. The adjoining kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking together on the gas stove and a dining table. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are all at the back of the house. At the end of the corridor, a second terrace opens up, where the sun sets in the afternoon.
