Welcome to this beautiful Villa with a large garden and private pool located in the charming village of Corçà in the Empordà. The accommodation has been completely restored while maintaining the charm of a large village house but ensuring all the comforts of a luxury Villa. It has independent air conditioning in each room, central heating and Wi-Fi throughout the house. Guests can enjoy the entire house, spread over 3 floors: On the ground floor, we find the main living room with a large window overlooking the garden. It is the perfect area to gather and relax, and it also has a modern fireplace perfect for enjoying the pleasant autumn and winter atmosphere. On the left side of the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen with all the elements and utensils worthy of a luxury accommodation for 16 people. The kitchen connects to the large dining room that has direct access to the garden. Behind it there is a room with a table football and finally a double room with its en-suite bathroom and access to the garden. If we go up to the first floor of this magnificent house, we find a second living room also with a fireplace and television.
