The typical village of Mijas (4.5 km) is just a 5-minute drive away, while the excellent beaches of Mijas Costa (12 km) are 15 minutes away. The villa is located in Rosa de Piedra, a residential area of independent villas and houses with asphalted access roads. Although the house is situated in a quiet location, the Mijas area offers a range of activities. Within a 15-minute drive, you will find a wide selection of golf courses, and there are also opportunities for tennis, horseback riding, paddleboarding, hiking, and cycling.
