The magical island of Majorca is where this stunning newly built villa is situated and is opposite the beautiful beach of Cala Sa Marjal,in Costa de Los Pinos, Son Servera. The entrance to the villa is through a large gate with inside parking, if required. The villa is situated just outside of the small resort of Cala Bona on the East coast of Mallorca. Once a traditional fishing village, Cala Bona has retained its original charm and remains a small working harbour and plenty of good bars and restaurants. The villa has 4 bedrooms all en suite with an additional guest bathroom. It has been built to a very high specification with marble floors, under floor heating, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry room. The main lounge has a wood burner, dining table, two settees and two armchairs; four large windows open up to the garden and pool area.
