The town of San Pedro is located also just a couple of minutes away where you can enjoy the new boulavard, play areas and restaurants. The supermarket is also close by. A car is not necessary here. From here you have the elevated position of the property a fantastic view over large parts of the coast, often up to the African Atlas Mountains. Depending on the season invites the large garden to pick oranges, tangerines, pomegranates, lemons or almonds. All faucets in the house donate fresh spring water. The rooms on the ground floor, the ceiling height ranges over two floors and creates a special atmosphere in the warm Andalusian light. Digital satellite TV in living room and the second bedroom brings information in German and other languages into the house. The fireplace in the living room is ready for use.
