Just on the begining of the most spectaular path near the sea on this island, called "Rambla de Castro" you find this quiet group of private villas and with the best position to see the views, this magnificient villa of 175 m2 on a plot of 605 m2: What makes this house extraordinary is its situation, that guarantees Sea views and Puerto de la Cruz views. The house has a big garden with a very secluded pool and a balinese bed. As you entrance at the house you find the main floor with 106 m2 consisting on a totally new kitchen (finished on May 2019), a lovely sitting area with a 42´ SMART TV with Sat and and opened terrace with outdoor furniture. On that level you have also 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
