The house, built in the 1960s and recently renovated, keeps its original charm as a winter escape for northern Europeans. The garage below is now a laundry room. Above it is a covered barbecue area. The villa features a large bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds that can be joined, and a third with a sofa bed for two. The last two rooms are connected without a door; to leave the sofa bed room, you pass through the twin room. Large windows fill the villa with light and offer garden views.
