It has 800 m2 of plot and a house of 250 m2 and two floors: 4 bedrooms with capacity for 10 people and 3 complete bathrooms with shower and 1 toilet, 1 bedroom with 2-meter bed and ensuite bathroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 150 cm bed and bathroom ensuite, 1 bedroom with 1 150 cm bed and bathroom ensuite. The kitchen has everything you need to have a great stay: dishwasher, oven, hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc. The dining room has direct access to the porch and barbecue area. On the upper floor is the living room with a double sofa bed and a terrace with views of the mountains. The pool area has sun loungers, a barbecue and a dining area. FREE WIFI is available throughout the house. As well as Split of hot and cold air. Try the restaurant 'El Tintero', just down at the beach. It is Spanish food but served in a different way. Check, taste and enjoy. There is a supermarket just down the road (500m) and on both sides (El Palo to the west and La Cala del Moral to the east) you have also supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc. The tunnels and cliffs of El Cantal in La Cala del Moral are worth to visit during a nice walk. The complex has a very large pool with lifeguard open in the summer months* (from June to September, is open until November, but no lifeguard), garden with playground for children and concierge during the week.
