It is perfect for families or small groups. The area is calm. THE FLAT- Living room: the living/dining room is wide and brigh . There is a 2 seats sofa and a TV. It has a split air conditioning (working also as a heater).- Bedroom 1: It is equipped with a big double bed of 150cm and an ensuite bathroom. - Bedroom 2: It is also equipped with a big double bed of 150cm.- Outsider bathroom: Complete 03 pieces bathroom. - Kitchen: fully equipped with domestic appliances and all the amenities. EXTRAS- Our guests have full access to the two common terraces in the top of the building, shared with the rest of tenants.- There is not any washing machine in the flat, but we dispose of a common coins laundry in the building.- There is availability of parking spots in the same building, for an extra cost of 15€ per night, but THEY MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE.- Pets are welcome, but there is an additional charge of 10€ per stay and per pet.
