Bright apartment composed of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, located in a modern building, just few minutes walking from Plaza de la Merced.The flat is located on a second floor, easily accessible with the lift; The flat has a private balcony, the main terrace does not belong to the flat, but clients can use it.Really close to the historical centre, 3 minutes walking from Plaza de la Merced, 10 minutes walking from Calle Larios; supermarkets and restaurants all around the area. It is perfect for families or small groups. The area is calm. THE FLAT- Living room: the living/dining room is wide and bright with a direct access to the balcony. There is a 2 seats sofa and a TV. It has a split air conditioning (working also as a heater).- Bedroom 1: It is equipped with a big double bed of 150cm, an ensuite bathroom and a ceiling fan.- Bedroom 2: It is also equipped with a big double bed of 150cm, and ceiling fan.- Outsider bathroom: complete 3 pieces bathroom with shower.- Kitchen: fully equipped with domestic appliances and all the amenities. EXTRAS- Our guests have full access to the two common terraces in the top of the building, shared with the rest of tenants.- There is not any washing machine in the flat, but we dispose of a common coins laundry in the building.- There is availability of parking spots in the same building, for an extra cost of 15€ per night, but THEY MUST...
