This villa is located in the heart of Nueva Andalucia, with walking distance to shopping, supermarket, and restaurants and only a few minutes drive from Puerto Banus' famous port and beaches. This villa is a surprising and unique unit assuming that the designer had absolute free hands and greater visions when he designed this building. Its construction is in a minimalistic style though the interior decorating skills and creativity of the owners have made this home very inviting. When entering the villa a 400-year-old Olive tree is left in peace inside the construction. All 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and are positioned well apart for total privacy.
