Bright semi-detached house with sea views, located in a magnificent urbanization of 18 houses 100 meters from the beach. Surface of the house of 200 square meters with access to the gardens and the community pool a few meters. On the ground floor with access from the garden, it has a large living room with access to a porch with barbecue. The kitchen has all appliances, a large pantry and a large backyard with dining table. Both have furniture with tables with a minimum capacity for 8 people. There is a toilet on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are three double bedrooms. The master bedroom has two large beds of 105x200 cm, a terrace overlooking the town of Mojácar, a balcony and a large and complete bathroom en suite. There are two other bedrooms in the same room, one with double bed 160x200 cm and another with two large beds 105x200 cm, both with balconies overlooking the beautiful garden and the sea.
