Ample private parking. In a quiet area between the sea and the village, but only five minutes' walk from the shore. Bright semi-detached house with sea views, located in a magnificent urbanization of 18 houses 100 meters from the beach. Surface of the house of 200 square meters with access to the gardens and the community pool a few meters. On the ground floor with access from the garden, it has a large living room with access to a porch with barbecue. The kitchen has all appliances, a large pantry and a large backyard with dining table. Both have furniture with tables with a minimum capacity for 8 people. There is a toilet on the ground floor.
