The building is an old winery rehabilitated and converted into two houses in [hidden] the heart of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a few meters from the popular Plaza del Cabildo and a 15-minute walk from the beach. In the historic center, in the heart of Sanlúcar, the house is surrounded by all the tourist attractions, tapas bars, food markets, monuments and the good atmosphere of the local people. The house is in a wonderful old 18th century building, which was a family winery. It was rehabilitated in 2017, combining the traditional appearance of the construction with a modern and minimalist architectural style, to turn it into two unique houses: one house per floor. Bathroom with jacuzzi bath, shower with spray head, wc, bidet and double sink. Living room and dining room. It has an interior patio with barbecue and picnic area. It has a cot and high chair for baby. Free WIFI. Everything absolutely new and just finished in July 2021. It consists of an entrance with small stairs with 4 steps through which you access a small patio with built-in benches and full of colored bougainvillea. Behind it, on the left, we find the garden with the pool and the relaxing sound of the three jets. of water, where we also have a large picnic area with barbecue and an outdoor shower. On the left we find the access to the house preceded by a beautiful patio with built-in benches with cushions and two tables to spend great time.
